Nature Collective Habitat Restoration Technician Position

Summary: The Habitat Restoration Technician is responsible for protecting and restoring habitat throughout the County of San Diego and demonstrating proficiency in implementing, monitoring and maintaining restoration projects. This position is Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Tasks include:

-Assisting in the design/planning of habitat restoration projects in San Diego County, Directly supervise the implementation, monitoring and maintenance of restoration efforts including site preparation, planting, and irrigation

-Assist in operation of field nurseries, Assist in the selection of seed and plant palettes appropriate to each site based on sol properties, plant communities, and hydrological conditions

-Coordinate with land owners and managers

-Etc.
